Pokhreli group G-9 walked away as the winner of Sprite Band Challenge -3 Freedom To Rock garnering maximum number of votes! The auditorium at City Hall reverberated with sheer joy as the crowd cheered for the winning band. Taking the second and the third spot were Fire Tongue and The Blackout respectively.
All three bands performed two original songs each at the event which was broadcasted live on Image Channel and Image FM. And G-9 was able to impress the audience the most with “Teen Ghanta” and “Aash”, receiving 51,307 votes out of total 95,744. Fire Tongue wowed the crowd with their tracks “Rajniti” and “Prashna”. The Blackout, on the other, gave a piece of their freedom to rock with singles like “Daya Baya” and “Gafai Ta Ho Ni”.
Other guest performers included Robin And The New Revolution, Dev Rana And The Band, and Abhaya And the Steam Injuns.
